Refund policy
Returns and refunds
Short version: you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason at all, and you do not have to give us one.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in more than one parcel, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must tell us of your decision by a clear statement — an email to [deli.simply7896@gmial,com] is fine, and so is the form at the bottom of this page. Simply returning a parcel without telling us also works, but a message is faster.
To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the cancellation period expires.
Sending it back
Once you have told us you are cancelling, send the goods back within 14 days.
You pay the cost of returning the goods. We recommend a tracked service, because until it reaches us the parcel is your responsibility.
Return address: Cairn Press Returns, [51 aursbrige drive]
Your refund
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost you paid on the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard one, we refund the standard cost, not the upgrade.
We will make the refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back, or 14 days after you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
The refund goes to the same payment method you used. There are no fees.
We may reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — in plain terms, unwrapping a print to look at it is fine; writing on it, framing it yourself or pinning it to a wall is not.
Faulty or damaged goods
This is separate from cancelling, and better for you.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If yours are not:
- Within 30 days you have the short-term right to reject them for a full refund.
- After 30 days we will repair or replace them, and if that fails you are entitled to a refund, which may be reduced to reflect the use you have had.
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
If your order arrives damaged, do not post it back. Photograph it, email us within 14 days, and we will replace it.
