Shipping policy

Our contour prints are printed to order through Gelato.

How long it takes

UK orders are usually with you in 4–7 working days: each print is made to order, then posted. For Christmas, order by Monday 14 December. If you need a print for a particular date, get in touch before ordering and we will check the current estimate for you.

What it costs

Standard UK delivery is included in all print prices. No code or account is needed. Any other available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout. Production location and transit time can vary by destination.

Tracking

You will get a dispatch email with tracking details when your parcel leaves the printer. If you have not had that email within four working days, tell us and we will check the order.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph it, including the packaging, and email us within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement. You will not be asked to post a damaged print back to us. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

If it does not arrive

If a parcel is more than 10 working days past its expected delivery date, tell us. We will replace the order or refund it, whichever you prefer.
