Delivery

Everything is printed to order in the UK and posted from here. Nothing ships from overseas, so there are no customs charges and no three-week waits.

How long it takes

Printing time is working days and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm start the next working day.

Unframed prints go in a rigid tube or a stiffened flat mailer depending on size. Framed prints go boxed with corner protection.

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Isle of Man. Delivery to the Highlands and Islands can take an extra working day.

Tracking

You will get a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the printer. If you have not had that email within five working days, tell us and we will find out why.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph it — including the packaging — and email us within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement. You will not be asked to return a broken frame; posting glass back is not a sensible thing to ask anyone to do.

If it does not arrive

Royal Mail does not treat an item as lost until 10 working days after the due date. Once we reach that point, tell us and we will either replace the order or refund it, whichever you prefer.
